Sport & Acute Injuries

If you’ve recently been injured—whether during sport or a daily activity—we’re here to help! Even something as common as an ankle sprain or a pulled muscle can benefit from targeted rehabilitation. Early assessment and treatment can prevent the issue from worsening and get you back to moving pain-free sooner. At Rehab on Tap, we start with a thorough assessment to understand your injury, movement limitations, and goals. We provide a clear diagnosis, teach you the right rehabilitative exercises, and offer hands-on treatments such as dry needling, cupping, soft tissue mobilization, and taping to help manage pain. You’ll also receive a personalized exercise program, accessible anytime. We’ll discuss a treatment plan with you, including how often we recommend follow-up visits to support your recovery. If diagnostic imaging or a specialist referral is needed, we’ll inform you and provide the requisition or referral as appropriate. Don’t wait—let’s get you back to what you love, stronger and more resilient than before!

Chronic &
Recurring Injuries

Some injuries do not fully heal on their own and can linger for months or even years, causing discomfort and limiting function or performance. Whether it’s an old sports injury that keeps flaring up or a nagging issue that is never quite resolved, we can help. At Rehab on Tap, we take a fresh look at your injury to understand the underlying cause and any physical or movement limitations that may be contributing to the problem. We’ll provide a clear diagnosis, teach you targeted exercises to rebuild strength and mobility, and offer hands-on treatments such as dry needling, cupping, and soft tissue mobilization to help reduce pain and restore function. Most importantly, we’ll work with you to help you regain trust in your body—empowering you to move with confidence again. You’ll also receive a personalized exercise program and guidance on how to prevent future flare-ups. If diagnostic imaging or a specialist referral is needed, we’ll inform you and provide the requisition or referral as appropriate. You don’t have to put up with pain—let’s get you back to moving well and feeling strong!

Prehabilitation: Stay Strong, Stay Injury-Free

You don’t have to be injured or in pain to benefit from physiotherapy! Whether you want to reduce your risk of injury, address imbalances, or optimize your movement, prehabilitation can help. At Rehab on Tap, we assess your mobility, strength, and movement patterns to ensure a safe return to sport or activity. We identify weak links or areas of tightness that could put you at risk for injury and provide a tailored program to address them. Whether you’re starting a new sport, getting back into activity after time off, or simply looking to move better and feel stronger, we’ll create a plan that fits your goals. We also provide Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy to support an active pregnancy and prepare your body for birth. As your body changes throughout pregnancy, we help you navigate those shifts before they become limiting, so you can stay strong, comfortable, and moving well.  Our approach also includes birth preparation strategies to reduce the severity of birth injuries, empowering you to feel confident every step of the way. Invest in your body now so you can keep doing what you love—pain-free and performing at your best!

Pediatric physiotherapy: Helping kids move & grow with confidence

Physiotherapy can support children of all ages, from infants to teens, in reaching their full movement potential. We help with common pediatric conditions such as torticollis, developmental delays, and cerebral palsy, as well as sport-related injuries and injury prevention. Children’s bodies can go through rapid changes making them more susceptible to injuries—especially during growth spurts when muscle development and coordination may struggle to keep up. Whether your child is recovering from an injury, needs support for movement milestones, or is looking to stay strong and resilient in sports, we provide expert care to keep them moving with confidence.
